Hot off the Press The Grand Junction Free Press published two articles on the eve of Marie and Charlotte's departure. The first article, Hitting the road for Huntington’s, introduces you to the ride and riders and gives the background to the many Bike For the Cure rides. The second article, Living with Huntington’s Disease, introduces Genevieve, a PHD (Person with Hundington's Disease), who lives here in Grand Junction and her mother and caretaker, Pauline. The articles are well written and well worth reading. Our "Awesome Foursome" Got written up yet again. Only this is the type of write up you like to get. Ben Broeren of the Capital Times in Madison Wisconson caught up with our foursome and did a writeup for them and about them and about Huntington's Disease. Here is a link to a copy of the article. Read it and enjoy and remember Women on ride to combat Huntington's. They truely are an awsome group and the article shares their story. |
